If something doesn’t work right away, don’t immediately ask for support! Do whatever you can first or give it time before asking for assistance.
  • Make sure that you aren’t banned from Hypixel,
  • Restart Lilith or reinstall it,
  • Delete all of your Lilith files located at:
    • Linux: $XDG_DATA_DIR/lilith,
    • MacOS: ~/Application Support/lilith,
    • Windows: %APPDATA%\lilith.
  • Run /lresetauth in-game,
  • If links are involved try them in incognito/different browser/mobile device,
  • That both your game language and Hypixel language are set to English,
  • That you have an up-to-date Hypixel API key pasted into your Lilith config (find how to get one here),
  • That the Discord linked to Lilith and the Discord signed into the Lilith configuration site are the same (/whoami),
  • Make sure that you are connected to the internet,
  • Make sure that your local IP is 127.0.0.1 and that your local port is 25565 in the config,
  • Make sure you have no other applications running on port 25565 (like another Lilith launcher or a Minecraft server, since Minecraft innately runs on 25565),
  • Make sure that you have Lilith as an exclusion in your antivirus or have your antivirus turned off.
