# Inconsistant stats

> Fixing Lilith Inconsistently Showing Stats

<Note>
  This only applies to you if you sometimes get statistic for players but other times do not. If you never get statistics, check that your API key is up to date (get one [here](/guides/setup/apikey)).

This is usually a hiccup with the Hypixel API. In order to fix try:

* Checking to make sure you don’t have other applications or mods that use your Hypixel API key,
* Using the IPv4 [launcher](https://github.com/lilithmod/launcher/releases/download/stable-3/lilith-launcher-windows-s3-ipv4.exe).

If it doesn’t work immediately just wait around a day or two and see if that fixes it.
