# FAQ

> This guide will answer all of the frequently asked questions

  In all seriousness Lilith has been around since 2021 and I have grown tired of explaining why it's not a rat.

  If you don't trust Lilith good for you, don't use it...

  Our legacy launcher has more than 67k (yes...) downloads.

<Accordion title="Q: Can I pay with crypto?">
  **A: Yes**

  Lilith will accept almost any crypto, just open a support ticket and state:

  * You wish to pay in crypto,
  * Which product you would like to buy from Lilith,
  * Which cryptocurrency you would like to pay in.
    From there, a staff member will guide you through the rest of the process.

  Please note that paying in crypto may cost slightly more than using traditional methods to compensate for the conversion fees Lilith must pay on its end to process your payment.

<Accordion title="Q: Which version is Lilith intended for?">
  **A: 1.8.9**

  Lilith is intended for the Minecraft version 1.8.9.

  <Accordion title="Q: How do I check if Lilith is currently down?">

    If one of our providers breaks or *cough* someone decides to be a bit silly *cough* then we will provide updates on the issue here.

  <Accordion title="Q: Can I use multiple Minecraft accounts with Lilith?">
    **A: Yes**

    Yes, you can use multiple Minecraft accounts with Lilith. Just play on your other account as you would normally and then join Lilith.

    If you run into any issues, just run `/lresetauth` in the black void when you join localhost and that should fix it.

  <Accordion title="Q: Can I use multiple Discord accounts with Lilith?">
    **A: No**

    **You cannot use two Discord accounts with Lilith, and/or switch between them whenever.**

    This process usually only occurs whenever you have a terminated Discord account that requires migration, or if you have forgotten the credentials of the currently linked account.

    Please do not ask staff members to switch your linked account if it is not for the above reasons.

  <Accordion title="Q: Can I share my Lilith license?">
    \**A: No*
    Sharing your license, with a friend for example, will result in a blacklist.

<Accordion title="Q: Why won’t Hypixel let me generate an API key?">
  **A: Yes**

  Hypixel’s developer panel is pretty buggy, and sometimes doesn’t work for random people. This is usually followed by this error:

  ### Error: Too many requests

  Or if the user is banned:

  ### Error: You are banned from using the Hypixel API.

  In order to solve this issue, you can either wait it out, try in incognito, or try the site in a different browser. However, the most consistent strategy is to use a new forums account linked to an unaffected Minecraft account. If you don’t have a spare MC account and nothing you try fixes it, then you are out of luck.

  You can always ask someone else for a key, though. Sadly, as this is a Hypixel problem, we cannot fix this issue.

  In general, try to avoid spamming the “Create API” button or getting punished in game in order to avoid these errors.

  In general try not to use your API key with multiple different applications at once.

    **A: No**

      Lilith has equivalent features: sessions, height-limit, map info, etc.

    You need to choose between having Hypixel mods and blacklisted mods.

  <Accordion title="Q: Does 1.7 hitreg actually work?">
    \**A: Yes*
    All Lilith does for hitreg is enable 1.8 hit delay fix in Lunar Client, which may or may not work.

  <Accordion title="Q: Will I get banned for using Lilith?">
    \**A: No*
    To our knowledge, no one has ever been banned for using our proxy in **over 6 years**.

<Accordion title="Q: Why does my ping display as 1ms while using Lilith?">

  All features that are not specified as Badlion or Lunar-specific should work all on vanilla-compliant clients
